Vi går igenom vad resiliense betyder, hur man kan arbeta och utveckla sin egen resiliens och vilka fördelar det ger. 

Psykologisk trygghet:

Fokuserar på hur man bygger en trygg och inkluderande arbetsmiljö där medarbetare känner sig fria att uttrycka idéer och ta risker.

Coachande förhållningssätt för chefer :

En utbildning där chefer får lära sig att använda coachande verktyg för att bättre stötta och utveckla sina medarbetare. Vi går igenom praktiska övningar för att stärka lyssnande, feedback, frågeteknik och målhantering.

Insights Discovery

At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace. Every delegate will complete an assessment and recieve a personalised profile. Workshop outcomes: 1. Individuals understand their own and others’ communication preferences 2. They can connect better with their colleagues to improve collaboration 3. They have a common language to help them overcome challenges and conflict Workshops can be virtual or face to face. E learning modules are also available to support the training.

Team Effectiveness

Strengthen your team’s collaboration and cohesion. This workshop helps team members understand each other’s working styles, build trust, and develop strategies to work more effectively together. Workshops are most suited for face to face delivery . There are E Learning modules available to support the training.
